Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse team inspects the arrival.
